“One of the most notable things I value with Kristi is that I don't worry about leaving my dog at home while I'm at work because they make the critical thing happen by getting him safely to another home where part of my family lives so they can watch him for the remainder of the day. While I'm not around, Kristi communicates via text about pickup/dropoff so I can keep tabs on my dog's experience of the day and on communications between them and the other household. And of course Kristi is polite and efficient.”
